Simple Terms, Fair Deal
Your prompts are yours. We provide the software. Apple handles payments.

Plain English Summary
You're getting a license to use our app. Your prompts belong to you—we never touch them. Payments go through Apple. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us. Be a good citizen and don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.

1. Agreement to Terms
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Prompt Manager Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
Additional Agreements
Your use of the App is also governed by:
- Privacy Policy — How we handle data
- Apple's Standard EULA — App Store distribution
- Apple Media Services Terms — In-app purchases
2. Definitions

3. Account and Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 4 years of age to use this App, as rated by the Mac App Store.
No Account Required
The App operates primarily offline. Your Apple ID is used solely for App Store purchases and subscription management.
4. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
License by Tier
You May NOT
- Copy, distribute, or publicly display the App
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer
- Bypass security measures or licensing controls
- Remove proprietary notices or labels
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Use bots or automated tools
5. Subscription Terms
Subscription Options

Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information. Prices are determined by your App Store region and displayed in your local currency.
Trial Period
If offered, a free trial provides temporary access to all Pro features. When the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free Tier unless you subscribe. Prompts created during the trial are retained.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Access continues until the billing period ends. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free Tier.
Refunds
Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's decisions are final.
Offline Access
72-hour grace period for offline use. Subscription verification requires periodic internet connectivity.
What Happens If Your Subscription Expires
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you retain access to the Free Tier features. All prompts you created remain on your device—we never delete your data. However, Pro-only capabilities (unlimited prompts and MCP server access) become unavailable until you resubscribe.
6. User Content and Ownership
You Own Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create:
- • Prompts and prompt text
- • Variations and modifications
- • Categories and organizational structures
- • Tags and metadata you create
We claim no ownership rights over your content.
Your Responsibilities

7. Acceptable Use Policy
The App is intended for legitimate prompt management and productivity purposes. You may NOT use the App to:
Illegal Activities
- • Violate laws or regulations
- • Facilitate illegal transactions
- • Evade taxes or money laundering
Harmful Content
- • Create prompts for illegal content
- • Develop harassing or threatening content
- • Content that endangers minors
Security Violations
- • Unauthorized system access
- • Distribute malware or viruses
- • Vulnerability testing without authorization
IP Violations
- • Infringe copyrights or trademarks
- • Misappropriate trade secrets
- • Circumvent DRM

Nanjing Yuanfeng Zhisheng Technology Co., Ltd. owns all rights, title, and interest in the App, including:
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
MCP Integration
The App provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for integrating with external AI assistants. External MCP access requires an active Pro subscription. When using MCP, you are responsible for:
- • Complying with your AI provider's terms
- • Understanding what data you send to AI systems
- • AI-generated content you produce
Apple Services
The App uses Apple services for:
- • App distribution (App Store)
- • Payment processing (StoreKit)
- • Subscription management
Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple's terms.
10. Disclaimers and Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Since data is stored locally, we do not back up your data, cannot recover lost data, and you are responsible for regular backups.
11. Limitation of Liability
We Are Not Liable For:
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Lost profits or business losses
- Lost data, corruption, or deletion
- Business interruption or downtime
- Third-party claims from your use
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanjing Yuanfeng Zhisheng Technology Co., Ltd. from claims arising from:
- • Your use or misuse of the App
- • Content you create, store, or transmit
- • Your violation of these Terms
- • Your infringement of third-party rights
13. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling and cancelling your Subscription.
Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, illegal activity, or service discontinuation (with 90 days notice).
Your Data After Termination
Your locally-stored data remains on your device. We have no ability to delete it remotely.
14. Modifications to Service and Terms
We may modify the App and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or App Store. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Email support@yuantech.ai with your concern. Allow 30 days for resolution.
Time Limitation
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
